WHY

IS RADON DANGEROUS?

#1 Cause Of Lung Cancer In Non-Smokers

Radon is a colorless, ordorless gas produced by the breakdown of naturally occuring uranium in soil, rock, and water. Radon has no smell or taste and no immediate symptoms to alert you to the danger. Radon exposure is the second leading cause of lung cancer.

1 in 5 Missouri Homes Have Elevated Radon Levels

Radon can enter your home through your basement, crawl space or concrete slab. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of your home, makes your home act like a vacuum drawing radon through foundation cracks, drain tile systems, water and other openings.

Children Are at 20x Higher Risk Of Lung Cancer When Exposed To Radon

The only way to detect elevated radon levels in your home is through testing. The first step to help ensure the safety of you and your family’s health and safety is to have your home tested for radon. Radon is measured in pCi/L, for every 2.7 pCi/L increase in radon levels, cancer risks increase by 16%. A 4 pCi/L radon reading level is equivalent to smoking 8 cigarettes per day!

WHAT OUR

CUSTOMERS THINK

They were very prompt in returning my call. Extremely honest and not just trying to take my money if certain services were unnecessary. Explained thoroughly how the inspection would go. Showed up and did the work as described. You can't go wrong with this company. They were GREAT, professional and very affordable.

I needed a lead paint inspection for my 1919 house. They arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They checked multiple points on the interior and exterior of the home and described to me what they were doing and what the numbers on the report meant. The price for the inspection was also very reasonable compared to other places.

After a thorough inspection, the reslutls were explained &  my options discussed. This company was very prompt and attentive. The price was great too!
